Staff Induction and Training
When new staff join us, they work alongside an experienced supervisor during their induction period. These shadow shifts help new team members get familiar with their tasks and learn how to follow our procedures in line with company policies. This hands-on experience complements their induction training and helps them understand the importance of following policies, reporting processes, and completing tasks outlined in each service user’s care plan and risk assessment.
Staff can further develop their skills .
Our supervisors are well-trained, with qualifications such as Level 3 NVQ in Health & Social Care
